How to Return Your Order

1. Contact our support team at cash@pritremaro.club with your order number
2. Provide details about why you'd like to return the item
3. We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label
4. Ship the item back to us in its original condition
5. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or send your replacement

Condition Requirements

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging. This ensures we can resell or refurbish items as needed.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We make exchanges easy. Simply contact us with your order number and let us know what you'd like to exchange it for. We'll arrange the swap at no additional cost.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we'll replace it immediately at no cost. Please contact us with photos of the defect and your order number.

Warranty

All Pritremaro products come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your pad fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we'll repair or replace it free of charge.
